The design also precisly controls the amount of mix and air entering the freezing cylinder during operation and requires no attention when closing for the evening. No flipping the tube or plug removal is required.
  • Intellitec control system provides precise product control with the most options available to adjust the product to your personal requirements. This control also allows the operator to see the level of thickness of the product on a graph in the LCD display. the intellitec control also senses when activity stops and automatically puts the machine in night mode. One less thing for your staff to do when closing for the evening!
