Batch Machines

What sets us apart from the rest:

The Stoelting / Telme vertical batch machine offers the finest way to produce a frozen product. The base product is cooled much more efficiently around its full circumference utilizing the full surface area of the barrel, not just the bottom half as in horizontal designs. This freezes the product much faster, 6 to 8 minutes in most cases, resulting in much smaller ice crystal formation producing the creamiest & smoothest product. These units offer the smallest foot print available, direct drive, electronic operating control with either temperature or time settings, one piece beater with removable blades. Easiest to clean, dasher assemblies fit in most sinks! Units are available from 2 to 45 quart capacity. 45 quart unit is the largest in the industry and the only batch machine made with dual 5 horsepower semi-hermetic compressors for a total of 10 horsepower of freezing capacity! Dual compressor units can be operated using one or both compressors.
